Canadian Business for Social Responsibility is a non-profit association for more than 60 forward thinking companies from across Canada and every sector to co-create a sustainable, equitable future.

He is also co-host of the popular podcast Pipelines & Turbines, and sustainability lead for the upcoming World Petroleum Congress taking place in Calgary in 2023 as well as author of a forthcoming book, entitled The Future of Events: How to Grow Your Audience & Shrink Your Footprint.

Leor’s background includes a decade in the energy sector as a sustainability advisor to two major oil and gas companies (Cenovus and Nexen) and a key architect of the Energy Futures Lab, which exists to accelerate Alberta's energy transition. He was also co-founder and CEO of a zero-waste events company called DIG which received a City of Calgary award for diverting more than 100 tonnes of waste from city landfills.
