As part of the 10PIX student conference, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for business professionals, students and community members to join us for a celebratory breakfast before the conference gets started.
On Thursday, October 17, join us at the Cenovus Energy Learning Common at Red Deer Polytechnic for a sumptuous breakfast, keynote and student speakers. We are pleased to welcome Jeanine Vany of Eavor Technologies Inc. to the 10PIX breakfast as our keynote speaker followed by students from Oilfields High School Vertical Farm Initiative and the Lacombe Robotics team showcasing their award winning bee-monitoring prototype.

Eavor’s Pathway to Growth – from local field demonstration to international deployment
Eavor Technologies Inc. leads in deep closed-loop geothermal technology, showcasing two unique demonstration projects in North America and initiating the drilling of their first commercial project in Germany. Their Eavor-Loop TM aims to make geothermal energy scalable by creating a network of underground radiators for large-scale heat or power production without fracking or a hydrothermal aquifer. Since its 2017 inception, the company has made significant technological progress and established a position as a key player in the global geothermal industry. In this talk we'll discuss how Eavor overcame challenges and setbacks, and is now set to apply its knowledge to lead the way towards a commercially viable and environmentally sustainable future, adapting its innovations to the Canadian context.
